Well I am feeling yucky so I am in bed right now, but I wanted to tell you about Amber Ink. She has 4 sets for free! 4 SETS!! Yes you read right. Its alot of digi stamps but they all have a person that is super cute! I have so many digi stamps that i dunno when i am going to use them all! This is one of the sets and i really do love the person that she has drawn! i hope you guys like it to! she is just too cute! Since it rains almost always in miami this is perfect! well guys go and check her out!

So tomorrow is my sisters birthday and my mom made me do a card for her. This is the first time I did a grunge type flower. Its okay but I really do need practice! I used distress ink broken china and shabby shutters I think on the edges. I glimmer misted it with frost I believe. Just stamped Happy Birthday over and over again ran the green with my swirls cuttlebug folder.The blue has a boarder punch from martha stewart that I never use! But I decided to whip it out for today! So the rest of the picture that I am putting up are of the autograph book I am making someone. The character as at 2 1/2 which is a pain in the butt to do. So if anyone wants to do them that small I would advise against it! As well as the autograph book a put a picture with the flower . its a little bit ugly but you get the idea!

Hello my name is Nikki and I am a shopaholic!

Hi everyone! Well yes I do have a shopping problem, so I caved in and got myself some glimmer mist (10 to be exact). I missed the 4.19 they had at joanns but I ended up getting them at 4.79. Which still beats out others that I have been looking at. I as well ended up getting some distress ink from Tim Holtz. I recently bought some at michaels and I actually really do like the color. It is a rich color to stamp with or distress with. I bought the Tim Holtz distress ink at 2.99 which is great because at michaels it was at like 4 dollars! I just now have to wait for it to get to my house. Its sad because I am the type of person that likes things right at that moment. Instant gratification! But hey no where in miami can I get glimmer mist or the colors that I got for the pads at such a low price! So I am tempted to get a set of the greeting farms stamps. I have some digis but I kinda want the rubber stamps. I need to curb my spending on items and start creating more stuff. I need to finish the other book that I am doing I havent really started it but I do have to finish it soon! Well I should get back to work!

Back from a mini vaca!

So I am back from my mini vaca in ft. myers/port charlotte area here in florida. It was so relaxing I really cant wait to go back! They had an awesome sell in michaels which sadly i didnt get to go because I was away and never got to go to the michaels in ft. myers, which I really want to go. But looking at it on the birghter side I did get to go to A.C Moore there in ft. Myers. Just for your info we in miami do not have an A.C. Moore and if we do its like in ft. lauderdale! So since I was around that area I had to go in a take a peak. I found some stamps for halloween for only a dollar and they are just too cute. I as well got some little charms for only two dollars. Today im going to michaels so to see what they have mainly in the dollar section and the clearence section. I might get some beautiful primas that I have been seeing everyone getting but the ones that only come with two flowers that are not paper! I think they are just too cute! So while I am on my lunch break from work I will be shopping for that short little time but since I have a michaels and a joanns right by me I am happy. I need to post up some picture of the not finish mini for my friend. I still havent gotten around to doing that. But I will! If anyone has lived or is living in florida they know that this weather is really weird. It is almost never cold this long and guess what people its cold for us florida people that never have cold weather EVER! So I am a bit chilly today! Which is not good...

So today while surfing the next I came upon the article for the olympic luger that has died! He was only 21 years old and comes from a town of only 1,500 people! The poor kid was only 3 years younger then me give or take. It is awful to see that some of the officials from the olympic are saying that he was at fault for flying over the wall into an unpadded pole. I do not know how anyone can go on with their life without thinking maybe I could have done something to save this boys life. Maybe made a wall (that they actually made after this death)or maybe padded the poles. The picture on the internet were gruesome even for me and I am a nurse. I feel for his family and his small town. May God bless that family.

Okay so I will be posting some pictures soon and if you guys have the chance to go to Big Lots they have this big pack of chipboard letters, frames and other stuff for like 5 dollars. I NEED to show you guys what it brings because for only 5 bucks you get lots of little items in there! Bye for now and I hope everyone tries to stay warm!

Wow is been a month!

So I know I have been a super bad blogger but here are some new pictures of my projects. I still need to show the other projects I have done. I made a mini for a friend. Another mini for the same friend but I did it for her wedding. Well her vow renewal. I know shes going to like it because she already saw it and she loved it and wanted to make a whole bunch for the people that are going to be at the wedding. So I will put it up as soon as I can! But here are my projects!

Okay so these are for my DD! They are for valentines day. They are done with the circut and I forgot what cart. Then I scored all the bags before I ran them through the cuttlebug. I used the heart embossing folder. The ribbon is actually from the dollar store. They came out super cute, and they are small enough for a little hand to carry. They have two chocolates, a lollipop and a pencil. She is going to put the valetines day card in there and then friday there is school party. So thats when they get there little items.

My initial that I got for only a dollar! Awesomeness! Kirkland home has a great clearence section! Thats all I had to say.

Dont you just love these! I got them at the dollar store. My favorite color is blue! I LOVE blue! It just works so much better like this then any other thing i have found. So if you want some go get them. They sell it in Wal-mart but the Wal-mart ones are just like a clear white. Not very cute but these are!

Everyone know about the mailboxes. Well this one is mine for daughter. She has helped me out so much! Those letters are the chipboard letters that target had! Its the letter of the teachers last name. This one is for Mrs. Lena. Just added some candy and there you go!

The hundred day of school project. My DD has to do something for the hundredth day of school and she wanted to do hearts. OMG those are alot of hearts. Where there is white it just shows the overlapping of other hearts. It took forever to put together. And she helped out so much. Then she got tired of it half way through it, so I ended up finishing it.

Back but no new projects.

Well I have been back since saturday. Brianna which is my daughter, loved the books and so did my cousin! The books where cute and they almost filled them up. Well they will just take them next time we go because we got a 4 day dream pass for florida residents. The tickets are good till May 25th. So we are planning a trip to disney s we can go camping. I love going camping at disney its so much fun! If anyone can make the trip to fort. wilderness in orlando, Fl I would tell you to go. It is so much fun! You really don't have to go to the parks, its just really fun! Well I need to go because I have a full day of work tomorrow. Good night everyone!

So I am done with my autograph books and my daughter still doesn't know we are going. I got them binded at Kinkos for both books it was about $11.oo not so bad. Well for my birthday which is later on this month I would love to get myself a bind it all. But with how hard times are now a days I am just trying to save. I just hope I can get the bind it all for myself. So other then packing like crazy and getting everything ready for her but behind her back which is a little hard because she is always around me. so when she is sleeping I get pack some more. I am doing laundry because i need clothes and gym clothes as well because tomorrow morning at 5 is my gym time! so thats about it for now. When i get back from disney i will be more then happy to post some pictures of the autograph books in action! Bye!
